We offer a free no obligation consultation so we get the chance to listen and understand your needs in order to offer the best solutions, opportunities and innovation to support you. Initial consultations are ordinarily undertaken via telephone discussion and depending on the scale of your needs we may use conference calling facilities to include associates in this initial discussion. Where mutually permissible we will arrange a meeting in person.

Ordinarily, we provide a summary report following the initial consultation and will email this to you within 3 working days.  This report features key information about your needs and services we could provide. One you’ve affirmed the report we will be able to provide you with an indicative quote, please note this initial quote may be adjusted based on additional information you provide or needs you identify within further discussions. As such, we ask you to thoroughly review the report to ensure it’s inclusive of needs. We endeavour to ensure that quotes are as accurate as possible based on information received. Where we have to amend a quote it will be clear on the quote what actions the additional costs are attributed to.
